This is the 'Tahoe' quilt, designed by Edyta Sitar of Laundry Basket Quilts. It's the most stunning quilt! It was a lot of work and the most advanced quilt I have ever made. Super proud that I have made it and the end result is beautiful. It's all made by me, using 100% cotton poplin from the Bluebird range by Laundry basket quilts and 80% cotton/20% polyester batting. I have backed it with Duck egg Linen Texture by Makower, which is also 100% cotton and complements the Bluebird colour palette perfectly. I have quilted it using my usual meandering stitch on my Janome domestic machine. I love the texture it produces and how it doesn't detract from the actual pattern.

The quilt is machine washable at 30*on a gentle cycle and can be tumble dryed on a cool setting. I prefer to line dry my quilts, it doesn't take too long. As the cotton has not been pre-washed, it can shrink by 1-2%. It is heavily recommended that you use 4 colour catcher sheets when washing for the first time, so as to prevent the colour running.
Please do not iron.
